Hello from Tidewell: Our Customer Community Has a New Home

Hi everyone, this is the Tidewell team. If we haven't met yet: we make booking and membership software for clubs, makerspaces and community venues. Rotas, room and equipment booking, member renewals and event sign-ups, all in one place.

A lot of our customers already spend time on this network, swapping notes about running volunteer teams and member organisations. So instead of building yet another forum of our own, we're moving our customer community here.

What you'll find

• Tidewell Customer Community, a group for how-to questions, feature requests and roadmap votes.
• Release notes, posted on this page before they go anywhere else.
• Guides written from the questions you ask us most. We're publishing a first batch today, so expect a busy feed from us this afternoon.
• Office hours, a monthly call where you can bring your own setup and ask the team anything.

How we'll behave

We're guests here, and we know it. We'll keep sales posts out of other people's groups, answer most threads in the customer group within a working day, and say so plainly when something is a bug, a limitation or simply not on the roadmap.

If you already use Tidewell, come and say hello in the group and tell us what kind of space you run. If you don't, you're welcome too. Plenty of the conversations will be about running venues and member organisations, whatever software you use.
