To anyone who has grown something from tiny to not-so-tiny: what did you have to change once it stopped fitting in a group chat?
Keep a short "about us" ready for local press and the council. Someone will ask for one at the worst possible moment.
Back up the important stuff: sign-up lists, contacts, the how-to page. Somewhere that isn't one person's phone.
Review the whole setup every six months. What made sense at fifteen people won't at sixty.
