One more early-morning thought on UNA, since it's what this whole network runs on. What I like most is how modular it is. Events, discussions, channels, groups: you switch on the pieces your community needs and leave the rest off, and nothing feels bolted on.
The built-in options for paid memberships and the room for customisation matter more than people expect, too. A community that can cover its own hosting bill tends to stick around. More on the modules at unacms.com.
And keep your refund policy short and easy to find. It builds more trust than any amount of marketing copy.
Question for the builders here: what was the first paid feature you added to your community, and would you add it again?
