Tim, would you be okay with me sharing the session outlines in Moderators HQ afterwards? Half of this list applies to any community, not only health ones. Looking after yourself and knowing when to call in a moderator are things every volunteer should hear.
Signed up for the first two sessions. I'm not a peer supporter myself, but as a host I want to know what good signposting looks like so I can back up the moderators properly.
